About the Role:

Mynd is looking for a highly cross functional product manager who cares deeply about our internal users (Mynders) and connecting them to our customers. Your mission is to research, define, and execute an omni-channel communications product strategy. 

We are building a comprehensive internal platform to optimize the lifecycle of single family home investing. A key component of real estate investing is communicating with our customers: investors, owners, residents, and vendors. It will be your job to define how Mynders communicate with our customers via phone, SMS, email, chats, and customer service cases. You’ll need to build a fully integrated omni-channel communications service.

  • How do we build a communications platform that can scale the throughput of our Mynders?
  • How can we provide complete visibility into all communications sent/received for any customer in our system? 
  • How do we provide a unified and holistic communications experience to our investors, owners, residents, and vendors?
  • How can you empower other product teams to leverage the communication components in their respective products? 
  • How should we integrate communications into the workflows performed by Mynders? 
  • How should we track, tag, analyze, and present data across all communication methods?
  • How can we better create templates to automate communications across all customers? 
  • How should we access build vs. buy opportunities with potential partners? 
  • How do we optimize our contact center and integrate it into our current systems? 


  • Lead a cross-functional team of designers, engineers, and data science to build and ship impactful products and features
  • Partner with our lead business partners to empower ops users and all product teams within the framework of the communications platform
  • Establish deep relationships with your business partners and customers, translate their input into actionable requirements for engineering
  • Define the KPIs for this team, create a product strategy and vision to achieve them, prioritize the product roadmap accordingly, and ship 
  • Be an expert at internal research and share with all of Product  
  • Be an expert at analyzing external tools to integrate, buy, or build 
  • Champion your products in-house and drive adoption with training and continued support


  • 5+ years experience building software as a Senior Product Manager or equivalent experience
  • Experience with Sendgrid, Twilio, Zendesk, CRMs, Intercom, or similar products 
  • Experience within Property Management, Workflow Management, Communication Infrastructure desired, but certainly not required
  • Demonstrated success in delivering new products and features from customer research & data insights 
  • Successfully built product platforms that were leveraged and built on top of by other teams
  • Beyond just shipping new products, you care about continuous product improvement and can optimize for shipping a portfolio of small, medium and large releases
  • Technical background working with engineering and data teams 
  • Confidence in professional aptitude and ability to effectively convey skills and knowledge to non-technical stakeholders and external customers
  • Demonstrated success in a high-growth, operationally intense environment
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, and ability to influence cross-functional teams
